この度、Tonari no Zingaro Webショップにて販売したMADSAKI版画作品につきまして、システム上のエラーにより販売を一時中止と致しました。
理由と致しましては以下３つの原因が考えられます。

①ご購入者様が決済手続きの途中で購入ページから離脱された。

②クレジットカードの限度額オーバーやカード情報入力誤り等により、カード会社の承認が得られなかった。

③ご購入者様の通信環境が悪く、決済手続きの途中で接続が切れてしまった。

つきましては、当店よりお客様へ以下をお願いさせて頂きたく存じます。

・ご購入前にクレジットカードの限度額の残高や有効期限などを事前にご確認ください。ご利用可能な状態であることのご確認をお願い致します。

・ご購入手続きの際は、通信環境の良い場所でお願い致します。
万が一、決済途中で通信が切れてしまった場合は、一度ブラウザを閉じて頂き、再度サイトにアクセスし、購入手続きをお願い致します。
（商品をカートに入れていても、決済が完了するまで在庫の確保はされておりません）

・不正なシステムを使用した決済はすべて自動キャンセルとなりますので、ご留意ください。

※ご注文確認メールを受信したお客様へ※
4/19(日)の販売時に、当店より「ご注文確認メール(自動配信)」を受信し、「受注番号」を発行済みのお客様に関しましては購入確定とさせて頂きます。
なお、「受注番号」の発行まで済まれていないお客様については、決済画面の途中や、カートに商品が入っている状態でも購入確定の対象にはなりません。
購入確定しているお客様につきましては、商品が出荷になりましたら、あらためて発送完了メールをお送りいたします。
商品の到着まで今暫くお待ちください。

＜Regarding the system error during the MADSAKI prints sale on Sunday, April 19th＞

We have tentatively suspended sales of MADSAKI prints on the Tonari no Zingaro online store due to a system error. Below are the three probable factors that caused the error.

① Some customers left the purchase page before finalizing the payment confirmation.

② Due to insufficient credit card limits or inaccurate information input, credit card companies did not approve some transactions.

③ Due to unstable internet connections of some customers, the connections have dropped mid-payment.

We would therefore like to ask our customers as follows:

・Before purchasing, please confirm the credit limit and expiration date of your credit card. Please only attempt transactions if your credit card is valid for the payment.

・Please complete payments in an environment where your internet connection is stable. If your connection drops mid-transaction, please close your browser, access our website again, and complete the payment process. (Even if the product is in your cart, purchase is not confirmed until the payment process is successfully completed.)

・Payments completed via fraudulent systems will automatically be cancelled.

※To customers who have received an order confirmation email※
On the day of sale, Sunday, April 19th, if you have received an automatic response confirming your purchase and have received an order number, your purchase has been confirmed. For customers who have not received a purchase number, regardless of whether you had been on the payment screen or the item had been in your cart, your purchase has not been completed.

For customers who have completed their purchases, we will send another email confirmation once the shipment has been made. We ask for your patience until your shipment arrives.

关于在Tonari no Zingaro网店上销售的MADSAKI版画作品，由于存在系统错误问题，本店暂时中止了销售。
关于系统错误的理由，我们考虑有以下3种原因。

购买人在结算流程中途离开了购买页面。
由于超出信用卡额度或信用卡信息输入错误等，导致无法通过信用卡公司的批准。
购买人的通信环境不佳，网络连接在结算流程中途断开。

为此，本店希望顾客给予协助配合，做好以下准备。

・请在购买前事先确认您的信用卡剩余额度和有效期等信息。请确认该信用卡处于可使用的状态。
・进入购买流程时，请在通信环境良好的地方进行操作。
在结算中途，万一网络连接断开，则请先关闭浏览器，之后再次访问网站，重新进入购买流程。
（即使已将商品放进了购物车，在货款结算完成之前，并不保证留有库存）

・使用非法系统进行的结算全部会被自动取消，敬请留意。
※致收到订单确认邮件的顾客※
对于在4/19（周日）销售之时，已收到本店发出的“订单确认邮件(自动发送)”、且本店已发行“下单编号”的顾客，将视为确定购买。此外，对于本店尚未发行“下单编号”的顾客，即使顾客当时正处于结算中途，或者即使购物车处于放入有商品的状态，亦不视为确定购买。
对于视为确定购买的顾客，待商品出货后，本店将向顾客发送已发货的通知邮件。
